Verinn Apart Hotel Dilijan

1. General Information

Verinn Apart Hotel provides accommodation in fully equipped apartments in Dilijan, Armenia.

All apartments have a private kitchen, cookware, tableware, and equipment for self-catering.

By making a reservation, the guest confirms their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

A reservation is considered confirmed once confirmation has been received from Verinn Apart Hotel or through the relevant booking platform.

The accommodation price is displayed at the time of booking.

Payment may be made by:

• bank card;

• the payment link provided by Verinn Apart Hotel;

• cash in Armenian drams, if this payment method has been agreed in advance.

Prepayment and payment conditions may vary depending on the dates of stay, rate, and booking method and will be specified at the time of booking.

3. Check-in and Self Check-in

Standard check-in time is from 15:00.

Standard check-out time is by 12:00.

Verinn Apart Hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk or an on-site administrator.

Check-in is carried out independently (self check-in).

To access the apartment, the guest must complete the required electronic registration form in advance.

The link to the electronic form is sent to the guest after initial contact has been established via WhatsApp.

After completing the form, the guest receives the self check-in instructions.

The apartment key is kept in a small key safe located next to the apartment door. The access code and detailed check-in instructions are provided after the required procedures have been completed.

Self check-in is possible only after the electronic form has been completed and the relevant check-in instructions have been received.

During the stay, guests can contact the Verinn Apart Hotel manager via WhatsApp or another contact channel specified at the time of booking.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible only subject to availability and prior agreement.

4. Number of Guests

The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the reservation.

Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge unless otherwise stated in the conditions of the specific rate.

5. Cleaning and Linen

Standard cleaning is provided according to the conditions of the particular stay.

For short-term stays, additional cleaning may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

For long-term stays, cleaning and linen-change arrangements are agreed separately.

Guests are expected to keep the apartment in a reasonable condition and not leave excessive amounts of rubbish or unusually heavy soiling requiring additional cleaning.

If additional cleaning is required due to unusual or excessive soiling, the related costs may be charged to the guest.

6. Kitchen and Equipment

The apartments are equipped with kitchens for self-catering.

Guests are responsible for using kitchen appliances, cookware, furniture, and other items in the apartment with reasonable care.

Any malfunction or damage should be reported to the manager as soon as possible.

7. Internet

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.

Wi-Fi is intended for normal use. Verinn Apart Hotel does not guarantee uninterrupted internet service in the event of technical problems, issues with the internet service provider, or other circumstances beyond the hotel's reasonable control.

8. Parking

Parking is available in the shared open parking area of the building, subject to availability.

Parking spaces are not individually assigned or reserved and do not constitute private or secured parking.

The area is covered by video surveillance, and security personnel are present in the building at night.

Verinn Apart Hotel is not responsible for belongings left inside vehicles or for vehicle damage caused by circumstances beyond the hotel's control.

9. Luggage

Verinn Apart Hotel does not have a dedicated luggage storage room.

If the apartment is ready before the standard check-in time, early access may be provided by prior arrangement.

10. Breakfast and Additional Services

Breakfast is not included in the standard accommodation price unless explicitly stated in the conditions of the specific rate.

Breakfast delivery may be arranged upon request through a third-party partner.

Additional services and their prices are agreed separately.

11. Smoking

Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted in bedrooms, living rooms, or any other indoor areas.

The use of electronic cigarettes and similar devices inside the apartment is also prohibited.

Guests must comply with all fire safety requirements.

If special cleaning is required as a result of smoking inside the apartment, the related costs may be charged to the guest.

12. Pets

Pets are not allowed at Verinn Apart Hotel.

13. Quiet Hours and Guest Conduct

Guests are required to respect other residents of the building and comply with the building's residential rules.

Quiet hours apply from 21:00.

Parties, events, and any other activities that may cause significant noise or disturbance to other residents are not permitted.

Using the apartment for commercial events, photo or video shoots, or accommodating additional persons requires prior approval.

14. Safety

Guests must comply with fire safety rules and must not use equipment for purposes other than those for which it is intended.

It is prohibited to keep flammable, explosive, toxic, or other hazardous substances in the apartment.

In the event of an emergency, guests must immediately contact the manager and, where necessary, the relevant emergency services.

15. Damage and Apartment Property

Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of Verinn Apart Hotel property caused by themselves or by persons staying in the apartment with them.

Any accidental damage should be reported to the manager as soon as possible.

The cost of repairing or replacing damaged property may be charged to the guest based on the actual or reasonably necessary costs incurred.

16. Personal Belongings and Valuables

Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings and documents during their stay.

Guests are advised not to leave cash, documents, electronic devices, or other valuables unattended.

Verinn Apart Hotel is not responsible for the loss of or damage to a guest's personal belongings unless caused by the hotel's fault.

17. Cancellation and Modification of Reservations

Cancellation, modification, and refund conditions are determined by the rate selected at the time of booking.

If special cancellation conditions apply to a particular rate, they will be displayed at the time of booking.

Cancellations and modifications are subject to the conditions of the applicable rate and the booking platform through which the reservation was made.

18. Extension of Stay

An extension of the stay is possible only subject to apartment availability.

Guests should notify Verinn Apart Hotel of their intention to extend their stay in advance.

An extension is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Verinn Apart Hotel.

19. Accessibility

The building is equipped with elevators.

Guests who require specific accessibility or accommodation arrangements are advised to inform us in advance when making a reservation so that we can provide accurate information about the accessibility and features of the specific apartment.

20. Complaints and Requests

If a problem occurs during the stay, guests should notify the Verinn Apart Hotel manager as soon as reasonably possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within an appropriate timeframe, depending on its nature and circumstances.

Complaints and formal requests are handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

21. Personal Data

Guests' personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia and the Verinn Apart Hotel Privacy Policy.

By providing the information required for booking and registration, the guest confirms that the information provided is accurate and complete.

22. Compliance with Laws and Rules

Guests are required to comply with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, the rules of the building, and these Terms and Conditions.

Verinn Apart Hotel reserves the right to take appropriate measures in the event of a serious or repeated violation of the accommodation rules, including termination of the stay without a refund for the unused period where permitted by applicable law and the booking conditions.

23. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Verinn Apart Hotel may update these Terms and Conditions in response to changes in legislation, operating conditions, or the services provided.

For a specific reservation, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of booking shall apply unless otherwise required by applicable law.
